SHIPPING POLICY

Any customs duties or taxes that may incur as deemed by your country's legal regulations shall be borne by the customer, hence it is advisable that you check this with your local authorities prior to completing the order. 

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts. We are not liable for unanticipated delays due to bad weather conditions or customs clearance procedures.
In the case of missing or lost parcels, refunds will be processed only upon official confirmation from the postal service.

According to universal postal regulations, the inquiry may take up to 2 months to conclude.

Free Standard Domestic Shipping via Australia Post for all orders over $80 (4-8 Business Days).

Flat Rate $10.00 Standard Domestic Shipping via Australia Post for all orders under $80 (4-8 Business Days).

Flat Rate $15.00 Express Domestic Shipping via Australia Post. (1-2 Business Days).

REST OF THE WORLD

Free Standard International Shipping via Australia Post for all international orders over $130.

Flat Rate $25 Standard International Shipping via Australia Post for all orders under $130.

Delivery may incur delays due to customs which is out of our control.

Prices are not inclusive of customs duties and taxes. Shipping costs will not be refunded to those who refuse to pay import taxes upon the arrival of their goods resulting in their parcel being returned to sender.
