Refund policy

All sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered. In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, MJ Luxe is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind. This includes payments made with AfterPay. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. 

If your item is defective or does not match your order, please email us at sales@mjluxeco.com with the subject line: Return and #OrderNumber within 14 days, with a photo of the received item and the reason for return. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@mjluxeco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings for hygiene reasons.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only offer exchanges if you need a different ring size or to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need and exchange, please send us an email at sales@mjluxeco.com with the subject line Exchange and #OrderNumber.

Returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, accompanied with their original packaging and reach us within 14 days from the date of receiving your parcel. 

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). We will ship out your replacement free of charge once only.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
